We stand behind every bottle of Klaridy Daily Brain Formula. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Both sealed and opened bottles qualify.

How to request a refund

1. Email contact@getklaridy.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
2. We may ask a brief feedback question to help us improve the product - but it is never a condition of your refund.
3. We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

What's not covered

• Orders older than 30 days from delivery.
• Items that were not purchased directly from getklaridy.com or our authorized channels.

Fair use of the 30-day guarantee

To keep this guarantee sustainable for everyone, the following limits apply:

• One bottle to try, the rest sealed. Single-bottle orders (30-Day Supply) qualify whether opened or sealed. For multi-bottle bundles (60-Day Supply, 90-Day Supply), one bottle may be opened for trial; any additional bottles must be returned sealed for a full bundle refund. Otherwise, the refund is limited to the value of one bottle ($39.99).
• Subscriptions. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Refunds apply to the most recent shipment only - past shipments delivered more than 30 days ago are not eligible. Pending shipments not yet processed are refunded in full.
• Abuse prevention. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of evident misuse - including bulk-purchase-then-immediate-refund patterns, repeated returns across multiple orders, or refund requests filed alongside chargeback disputes.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund at our cost - no return shipping required.

Allergen disclosure

Klaridy Daily Brain Formula contains Soy and Fish (Tuna Fish). We accept refund requests for allergic reactions and strongly encourage all customers to review the full ingredient list before consumption.
