Welcome to klaridy.com. By using this site or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

Klaridy Daily Brain Formula is a dietary supplement, not a drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about the product have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary.

Important safety information:

• Contains Soy and Fish (Tuna Fish). Do not use if allergic.
• Contains iron - keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6.
• Not intended for individuals under 18.
• Pregnant or nursing mothers, individuals with a known medical condition, or individuals taking prescription medications should consult a physician before use.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

2. Orders, payment, prices

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stocking error, pricing error). Payment is processed by Shopify Payments at checkout.

3. Subscriptions

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring cadence shown at checkout (every 30 days by default), at the subscription price, until canceled. You may cancel anytime from your account. See our Subscription Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual property

All content on klaridy.com (text, images, logos, branding) is the property of Klaridy and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written consent.

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: spam, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, reverse-engineering, or any activity that may harm the site or its users.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klaridy and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klaridy from any claim arising out of your violation of these terms or your use of the site.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
