Subscription Terms - Subscribe & Save

Klaridy's Subscribe & Save program lets you receive your Daily Brain Formula automatically every 30 days at a discounted price, with the freedom to cancel, skip, or change at any time from your account. This page is your contract with us - please read it carefully before subscribing.

How it works

Discount. 15% off the regular price of the 30-Day Supply, on every recurring shipment.
Free US shipping. All subscription shipments ship free within the United States.
Cadence. One bottle (30-Day Supply) every 30 days at the recommended 2-capsule daily dose.
Payment. The payment method you provide at sign-up will be securely stored by our payment processor (Shopify Payments) and charged automatically on each renewal date.
Renewal notification. We email you a reminder before each shipment, with a direct link to your account where you can skip, change, or cancel.

Cancel anytime - no phone call required

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account, with no fees and no questions asked. Cancellation is effective immediately - you will not be charged for any future shipments after you cancel.

Log in to your account at klaridy.com/account.
Click "Manage subscription".
Click "Cancel subscription" and confirm.

If you have any trouble accessing your account, email contact@getklaridy.com with your order number and we will cancel it for you within 1 business day.

Pause, skip, or change cadence

From the same account page, you can also:

Skip a single upcoming shipment.
Pause the subscription indefinitely (resume whenever you want).
Reschedule the next shipment date.
Update your shipping address or payment method.

Pricing & price-change notice

The price you see at sign-up is the price that will be charged on every renewal, plus any applicable sales tax. If we ever change the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance of the change taking effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

Refunds on subscription orders

Subscription orders are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, with one important limit to keep the program sustainable:

Refunds apply to the most recent shipment only. Past shipments delivered more than 30 days ago are not eligible.
If you cancel before a pending shipment is processed, that pending shipment is refunded in full at no cost to you.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will:

Email you immediately with a link to update your payment method.
Retry the payment up to 3 times, spaced 7 days apart (21 days total).
If all 3 retries fail, your subscription will be cancelled automatically - no further charges will be attempted and no shipment will be sent. You can re-subscribe at any time from the product page.

Eligibility

Subscriptions are available to customers in the United States with a valid US shipping address.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
You must use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use.

Modifications to this policy

We may update these subscription terms from time to time. Material changes (price, cadence, cancellation process) will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
